Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of service

GoldConnect is an independent referral platform. We connect customers seeking gold loans or gold sale enquiries with verified partners. We do not ourselves provide loans, purchase gold, or set final commercial terms.

2. Partners

Partners must provide accurate registration details. Listing and lead access depend on an active subscription or sufficient wallet balance (lead-wise plan), as assigned by admin.

3. Subscriptions and wallet

Fees and lead prices are set by GoldConnect and may be updated by admin. First-registration subscription discounts, if any, are discretionary and managed by admin. Payments may be confirmed offline before activation.

4. Leads and SLA

Assigned enquiries may require accept/reject within an SLA window. Failure to respond may result in reassignment.

5. Acceptable use

Partners must not misuse customer data or misrepresent GoldConnect. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

6. Liability

GoldConnect is not liable for partner lending decisions, gold purchase rates, or disputes between customers and partners.
